1) Item(s) must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of purchase if found to be  defective. 

2) No exchange policy for change of mind 

3) Order number and details must be emailed to info@unitedlifestyle.com or presented  upon physical return. 

4) Return of Faulty item must be in good condition and should we found abuse of  items we will void exchange policy. 

5) All item(s) will be inspected on return by us exclude any costs associated with  returning/exchanging for items that are deem faulty/product of difference as  descripted in listing. Overseas freight charges will be bear by you if exchange is  needed. 

6) We will only refund to your credit card account instead of issuing funds directly  to you. 

7) Upon receiving your return/exchange, we will inspect the condition of your item  then process your return/exchange.
